'Twilight' Films To Hit Theaters Before 'Breaking Dawn' Drops
It appears that "Twilight Tuesdays" are back. It was announced that Summit will re-release the first three "Twilight Saga" films on Tuesdays in November, leading up to the release of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" on November 18. The theater events will kick off on November 1 with the first flick in the franchise, 2008's "Twilight." "Twilight Saga: New Moon" (2009) will open on November 8, and last year's "Eclipse" opens the following week on November 15. Each showing will take place at 7:30 p.m. local time, and the films have been updated to include cast introductions and interviews as well as behind-the-scenes content. Ticket information and a complete list of theaters hosting the events can be found at the Fathom events website. Anticipation for the first of two "Breaking Dawn" films is at a fever pitch, with fans yearning to see Edward and Bella finally tie the knot. The newlyweds' honeymoon and all the drama surrounding Bella's pregnancy will also be addressed in part 1. "I've seen it a few times," Taylor Lautner told MTV News about the film. "I saw it for the first time while we were still filming, so it was a really rough cut, but I've seen several versions since then, and it's getting better and better." "You are going to face a lot of emotions, definitely," he further teased about the Bill Condon-directed flick. "You are going to be angry. I guarantee you [that] you will cry multiple times. There's a good mix. It's definitely different than any of the ones before." Of course, this is hardly the end for Twilighters. The second "Breaking Dawn" film opens on November 16, 2012.
