Paris Hilton Says She'd Be 'Too Scared' To Get Plastic Surgery Like Her 'Repo! The Genetic Opera' Character

As one of the world's biggest fashion icons, Paris Hilton is hoping she still has it in her to inspire thousands of women with her new look. And, really, it's not that hard: same dress, same shoes, a whole new face.

Or a lack of one, actually.

As Amber Sweet, the drug-addicted heiress to a plastic-surgery fortune in the horror musical "Repo! The Genetic Opera," Paris spends a good portion of the film without a face. To hear her tell it, the look is spreading.

"It's already been happening at all the film festivals," Hilton laughed. "When they play the film, people are actually coming dressed up as our characters, they know all the words to the songs, they are singing during the movie, and we're already having that whole cult, you know, cult-classic fans that are coming."

The Darren Lynn Bousman-directed movie — which Paris calls a "rock opera/ horror film/ love story" — takes place in a not-too-distant future where people become addicted to designer plastic surgery and get addicted, apparently, entirely in song. It's a "Rocky Horror"-esque experience Paris says winds up like "nothing I've ever seen."

But as for whether she'd ever go under the knife like her character, Paris is adamant: No way.

"I'm too scared. I hate needles, knives and blood, and I like the way I look," she said. "But I don't have anything against people who want to do it. I'm just too scared."
